JEFFERSON CITY — Among this year’s new laws are two considered economic development drivers, according to those who support the measures. Senate Bill 182 modifies provisions relating to the issuance of certain incentives to businesses relocating from certain counties in Kansas. Senate Bill 7 modifies provisions of civil procedure regarding joinder and venue.
