Audio: Sen. Luetkemeyer Discusses Pending Legislation

JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Tony Luetkemeyer, R-Parkville, discusses Senate Bill 424, legislation that seeks to establish the Land Bank Act, and House Bill 188, a measure that would establish the Narcotics Control Act. Both of these proposals have been voted out of committee and could be discussed by the full Missouri Senate at any time. Also, he talks about Senate Bill 498, which would provide food containers could not be deemed to be misleading, misbranded or unfairly marketed — if the container is filled to less than its capacity — if certain criteria are present, and Senate Bill 292, a measure that seeks to modify provisions relating to elementary and secondary education.
