JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses Senate Bill 697, legislation that seeks to reduce the time period after which new members of an organization are allowed to manage a bingo game; Senate Joint Resolution 27, which would – upon voter approval — modify term limits and impose a gift ban for members of the Missouri General Assembly; and Senate Bill 556, a measure that would specify when persons operating or riding a motorcycle or motor-tricycle must wear protective headgear.
