  1. Senator Cunningham says Senate Bill 34, legislation that seeks to modify and creates new provisions relating to criminal offenses, became an omnibus crime bill in the Missouri House of Representatives.

  2. Senator Cunningham adds his Senate Bill 35, a measure that would modify public notice and hearing requirements for certain land purchases made by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources or the Commissioner of Administration on behalf of state departments, also passed.
