Bill Eigel, R-Weldon Spring, discusses Senate Bill 315, legislation that would require in-person notice of most traffic violations, and prohibit automated traffic enforcement and fine collection. His measure was heard by the Missouri Senate Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Safety Committee this morning (3/2). He also talks about some of the school groups that have come to his Capitol office.
