JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses Senate Bill 472, which seeks to make changes to the definition of “livestock” to include honey bees for the purposes of the state sales tax law. His proposal could soon be heard by the Missouri Senate Agriculture, Food Production and Outdoor Resources Committee. Senator Hoskins also talks about this week’s visit to the Capitol by former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush to talk about education. Senator Hoskins also gives an update on Senate Bill 452, which was heard in the Missouri Senate Economic Development Committee. This measure would create the Missouri Video Lottery Control Act.
