JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses the governor’s plan to bring broadband to rural Missouri, and Senate Bill 240, which would create a statewide license for electrical contractors. Missouri senators sent this measure to the Missouri House of Representatives this week.
