Requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to ensure that safety assessments are conducted on all public schools located in St. Louis City or St. Louis County
Requires certain topics in Native American and African American history to be included in the seventh through twelfth grade history curriculum in public schools
Establishes the "Office of State Ombudsman for Inmates in the Custody of the Department of Corrections" for the purpose of providing oversight of the care of inmates in facilities of the Department of Corrections
