SB 809 - This act authorizes the Board of Curators of the University of Missouri to establish bylaws concerning attendance at meetings. If a curator is found by unanimous vote of the Board to have moved from the district from which the curator was appointed or to have violated a bylaw regarding meetings, then the office of that curator shall be vacated.
This act is similar to HS/HCS/HB 980.
