DESCRIPTION

The proposal would require the Curators of the University of Missouri to
establish bylaws for their attendance at meetings. The proposal states that
if a curator would be found by unanimous vote of the other curators to have
moved from the district from which the curator was appointed or to have
violated an attendance bylaw, then the office of the curator would be vacant.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
