This Week in the Missouri Senate for Oct. 9: SB 706 and SB 696

JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews:

  • Senate Bill 706, legislation that would have established a “Prescription Abuse Registry” and modified provisions relating to ephedrine, phenylpropanolamine and pseudoephedrine; and
  • Senate Bill 696, which sought to require every individual who is 17 years or older and is arrested for a felony offense to provide a biological sample for DNA profiling.
