JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews:
- Senate Bill 6, a measure that seeks to modify provisions relating to controlled substances, including the schedules, medical marijuana and criminal provisions involving controlled substances;
- Senate Bill 28, legislation that would make changes to Missouri’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit; and
- Senate Bill 76, which would require certain MO HealthNet participants to comply with work and community engagement requirements.
