JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews:
- Senate Bill 155, legislation that seeks to create the Narcotics Control Act;
- Senate Bill 5, a measure that would modify the initiative and referendum process;
- Senate Bill 1, which would modify provisions relating to the expungement of certain criminal records, with some exceptions;
- Senate Bill 9 and Senate Joint Resolution 2, both of which relate to changes to impeachment proceedings; and
- Senate Bill 14, legislation that would modify provisions of law relating to child custody arrangements. This measure has been voted out of committee and could be heard by the full Missouri Senate at any time.
