This Week in the Missouri Senate for Aug. 30: New Laws

JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews: Senate Bill 391, which would modify provisions relating to agricultural operations, and has been held up by a judge; Senate Bill 333 authorizes certain fire protection districts and municipalities to propose a one-half percent sales tax for fire protection; Senate Bill 213, which enacts new provisions relating to the nonpartisan state demographer; Senate Bill 203 modifies nuisance actions in certain cities and counties; and House Bill 126, which would modify provisions relating to abortion, and has also been delayed by a judge.
