JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews:
- Final committee work on Missouri’s Fiscal Year 2020 operating budget;
- Senate Bill 414, a measure that seeks to create the “Missouri Health Insurance Innovation Task Force”;
- Senate Bill 288, legislation that would modify provisions relating to jury instructions for first-degree murder; and
- Senate Bill 462, which would provide a procedure by which a defendant may be found to be not eligible for the death penalty due to serious mental illness.
