JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators are on their annual mid-session recess. When they return to the Capitol, they could discuss any number of items not yet heard on the Missouri Senate floor. These include:
- Senate Bill 327, legislation that seeks to modify several provisions relating to gaming; and
- Senate Bill 3, a measure that would allow certain people to enter abandoned property to secure it, remove trash and graffiti, and maintain the grounds without civil or criminal liability.
