JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Tony Luetkemeyer, R-Parkville, discusses House Joint Resolution 48, 46 and 47, which proposes constitutional amendments regulating the Legislature to limit the influence of partisan or other special interests; House Bill 126, legislation that seeks to modify provisions relating to abortion; and House Bill 821, a measure that would establish the Land Bank Act. This proposal now awaits the governor’s signature.
