Audio: Sen. Luetkemeyer Discusses Priority Legislaton

JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Tony Luetkemeyer, R-Parkville, discusses Senate Bill 155, legislation that seeks to establish the Narcotics Control Act. This measure has been voted out of committee, and now heads to the full Missouri Senate for potential debate. He also talks about Senate Bill 265, which would replace the student representative on the board of curators of the University of Missouri with a student curator; Senate Bill 297, a measure that would allow individuals 75 years of age or older to be excused from jury duty; and Senate Bill 7, legislation that would modify provisions of civil procedure regarding joinder and venue. This proposal awaits another Missouri Senate vote. It was given preliminary approval earlier this week.
