JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews four Missouri Senate measures that are now state law:
- Senate Bill 564, legislation that modifies provisions relating to public utilities;
- Senate Bill 954, a measure that allows people found guilty of certain offenses of unlawful use of a weapon to expunge that record;
- Senate Bill 884, which modifies provisions relating to taxation; and
- Senate Bill 655, legislation that increases the minimum age for marriage from 15 to 16, modifies the sex offender registry system and eliminates the statute of limitations for sexual offenses committed against minors.
