JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses Senate Bill 882, a measure that seeks to modify provisions of the Missouri Higher Education Savings Program. His proposal is one Missouri Senate vote away from going to the Missouri House of Representatives.
