JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses House Bill 1246, which would require certain locations and businesses to post information regarding human trafficking. This measure has been sent to the governor. Senator Emery also gives a status update on Senate Bill 564, legislation that seeks to modify provisions relating to public utilities. His proposal could be brought back to the Missouri Senate floor this week.
