JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Mike Cunningham, R-Rogersville, discusses House Concurrent Resolution 4, which rejects pay raise recommendations from the Missouri Citizens’ Commission on Compensation for Elected Officials. The resolution was passed this week. He also talks about Senate Bill 19, also known as Right to Work, which is now ready for the governor’s signature. Senator Cunningham also discusses the governor’s proposed budget, which was released on Feb. 2.
