JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Jill Schupp, D-Creve Coeur, discusses Senate Bill 490, a measure that seeks to require certain health care professionals to complete two hours of suicide prevention training as a condition of initial licensure and as a condition of license renewal; Senate Bill 313, legislation that would modify provisions relating to elementary and secondary education; and House Bill 90, which would establish the Narcotics Control Act.
