JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses Senate Bill 19, which is known as Right to Work. The measure received Missouri Senate approval this week. He also talks about Senate Bills 33 and 32, both of which relate to education, and Senate Bill 190, legislation that would make changes to laws relating to ratemaking for public utilities. These three proposals were heard in Missouri Senate committees this week.
