JEFFERSON CITY — A Missouri Senate committee hears two proposals that would extend the current ban on texting while driving to ALL Missouri drivers. Senate Bill 569 and Senate Bill 821 would both include the ban on drivers age 22 and over. We’ve included actualities from Sen. David Pearce, R-Warrensburg, and Sen.
