Missouri Senate- Sen. Doug Libla (R-Poplar Bluff) introduces Senate Bill 623 on the floor of the Missouri Senate. His measure would ask voters to approve a 5.9 cent increase to the state’s gasoline tax. Senate Bill 623 has received preliminary Missouri Senate approval and still needs one more vote before it could move to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration.
