The act makes technical and simplifying changes to various provisions governing seven-director districts. The act simplifies various operating procedures for all school districts. The act also simplifies expulsion and suspension of students, eliminating the requirement of notice and hearing before suspending students convicted of or admitting to commission of a felony.
