SB 95 This act repeals fees for services rendered by the
Department of Agriculture for scale testing, certification of
taximeters and vehicle tank meters, and inspection of timing
devices, fabric-measuring devices, cordage-measuring devices and
milk plant quantity determinations. Fees for calibrations and
registration of other devices will continue to be collected.
