Jefferson City — Senate Bill 39 seeks to establish guidelines for student participation in athletic contests organized by sex. Senate Bill 49 would establish the "Missouri Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act." Both of these measures now have preliminary Missouri Senate approval.
