HJR 005 Allows approval of school bond issues by simple majority

HJR 5 - This resolution would submit a constitutional amendment which, if approved by Missouri voters, provides that school bond issues may be approved by simple majority vote at all election dates. Currently, school bond issues must obtain a four-sevenths majority for approval at municipal, primary and general elections and a two-thirds majority for all other elections.

This act is similar to SJR 10 and SJR 20.
