HB 0920 (Truly Agreed) | Revises composition of advisory committee to Coordinating Board for Higher Education |
HB 920 - Under current law, the Coordinating Board for
Higher Education shall meet at least four times per year with an
advisory committee representing public and private colleges and
universities. The advisory committee is currently comprised of
22 members, including 3 representatives of public community
colleges selected by the community college presidents every two
years. The act increases the advisory committee membership from
22 to 32 members by including the president of Linn State
Technical College and replacing the 3 community college
representatives with the president or chancellor of each of the
twelve public community college districts.
