HB 915 - This act revises the number of members which constitute a quorum at a meeting of an electric cooperative. Current law provides that a quorum consists of five percent of the first two thousand members plus two percent of the remaining members. The act provides that a quorum consists of two percent of the first two thousand members plus one percent of the remaining members.
