HB 800 - Authorizes the Director of the Department of Natural Resources to convey lands for easements. The first conveyance is a restricted use ingress and egress easement to certain individuals in Babler Memorial State Park. The second easement is for the construction and subsequent maintenance of an eight inch gas distribution pipeline in Route 66 State Park. This act reflects conveyances made in SB 357 as well as a portion of SB 434.
