| HB 0791 (Truly Agreed) | Abolishes the "State Parks Revolving Fund" and redirects all affected funds to the "State Parks Earnings Fund" |
HB 791 - As of July 1, 2000, all moneys received from the
operations of concessions, projects or facilities, from resale
items and all funds remaining in the "State Park Revolving Fund"
will be placed in the "State Park Earnings Fund". On the same
date the "State Park Revolving Fund" shall be abolished.
This act is identical to SB 277.
