SCS/HB 79 - This act modifies the language in Proposition A, relating to animal fighting, by creating exemptions for fishing or any other activity regulated by Missouri Wildlife Code. Rodeo practices which are not intended to violate provisions of sections A, B, and C of Proposition A are not prohibited.

This act is similar to SB 178 and SCS/SB 200, et al.
