HB 741 - This act clarifies that legally permissible actions
to void a lease for illegal use of the premises are not subject
to the provisions of Chapter 213 (Human Rights), when the actions
are a response to gaming, prostitution, or the possession, sale
or distribution of controlled substances upon the premises.
