SCS/HB 468 - This act changes references to the head of the Department of Transportation from Chief Engineer to the Director of Transportation. It is similar to SB 268 (1999). This act would also require the Department of Transportation, as a pilot program, to enter into a least two project labor agreements over a two-year period. This part of the act has a sunset date of August 28, 2001.
