SCS/HS/HB 454 - This act modifies the cancer information reporting system by requiring compliance with the federal Cancer Registries Amendment Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 280e, et seq.). New language is added to Section 192.653, RSMo, by exempting physicians' offices from reporting if the cases are directly referred to or have been previously admitted to any other facility required to report.

This act is substantially similar to SB 379.
