HB 409 - This act allows certain representatives of a deceased or incapacitated dentist to continue the dentist's practice for a period of twenty-four months following the death or incapacitation. Other acts described in Section 332.071(10), RSMo, may also be performed, provided that the person representing the dentist must employ persons licensed to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in Missouri. This act is substantially similar to SB 305.
