HB 402 - This act transfers the quarterly inspection duties of a County Clerk in third and fourth classification counties to the County Commission. The county clerk's annual inspection duties are transferred to the official responsible for each county department. The clerk is required to sign these reports.

Quarterly inspections include all county lands and buildings, their uses, physical condition and state of repair. Annual inspections are for all office equipment and machines, road machines and other personal property belonging to the county.
