SCS/HB 366 - This act allows the collector in first classification counties without a charter and in second classification counties to maintain a branch office in any city in addition to the collector's office in the county seat, upon approval of the county governing body. Currently, a branch office may only be maintained in a city within a second class county that on January 1, 1979, had a court of common pleas.
