Bill Summary
- Prepared by Senate Research -

HB 359 - This act allows a juvenile court to refer a person seventeen years of age or over to the prosecutor for endangering welfare of a child, if it appears at a hearing that such a crime has been committed. The act removes an outdated reference to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a crime that no longer exists.

This act is similar to SB 237.
