HB 323 - This act authorizes the Governor to sell, transfer, grant and convey certain land at Church Farm Correctional Facility for public offering. The Office of Administration shall authorize an independent appraisal of the property, and the Commissioner of Administration shall set terms and conditions for the public sale as specific in this act. All costs and fees shall be paid for from the proceeds of the sale. The remaining proceeds shall be used to assist in funding construction, repairs or maintenance of state correctional facilities. The Attorney General shall approve the form of the instrument of conveyance.
