HB 265 - This act allows the Board of Professional Registration to issue an inactive license to podiatrists. If, the inactive licensee wishes to resume the practice of podiatry, then he or she must complete the application process again. In addition, the Board may file a complaint with the Administrative Hearing Commission if a person fails to renew or surrenders his or her license due to repeated negligence. This act is substantially similar to HB 72.
