SCS/HB 152 - This bill removes the December 31, 2001 sunset provision from the Department of Agriculture Demonstration Project awards.

The Demonstration Projects Awards are cash awards not to exceed $3,000 for identification and development of agricultural technologies and farm management strategies facilitating sustainable agriculture. A portion of this act is similar to CCS/HS/SB 310.
