HB 145 - This act repeals the requirement for the Public
Service Commission to submit an annual report to the Governor on
regulated sewer corporations and to meet annually with the Water
Pollution Board, now known as the Clean Water Commission, to
exchange information on sewer systems and disposition of sewage
in the State.
