SB 418 - A certificate of need shall not be required for any
facility operating as a continuing care retirement community
(CCRC). A CCRC is defined as a facility that provides a
continuum of services ranging from independent housing to long-
term care through an agreement with the older person that may be
effective for the life of the older person.
