SB 245 - This act allows the Department of Transportation to
develop project labor agreements on its public construction
projects. The project labor agreement would be developed before
the bidding process. This act authorizes the agency to contract
or employ a project manager to negotiate the details of a project
labor agreement. Specific factors for consideration of whether a
project labor agreement is appropriate are listed.
