SB 168 - This act prohibits campaign donations to candidate committees, or candidates, for statewide or local office, state representative or state senator by or on behalf of any excursion gambling boat or supplier.

The Conservation Commission is prohibited from selling, leasing or conveying property owned by the Department of Conservation to any gaming facility.

Gaming boat licensees are prohibited from providing child care services to non-employees, and specified physical features are removed from consideration as consistent with local riverboat history.

The act also places a gambling boat licensee's bond or other form of surety, and license renewal, at risk if an expansion or modification of the boat, which has been approved by the Missouri Gaming Commission, is not completed within two years of the date of approval.
