SB 81 - At the present time, Section 311.485, RSMo, allows the Supervisor of Liquor Control to issue temporary permits to caterers and other persons who are licensed to sell liquor by the drink under the provisions of Chapter 311, RSMo. This temporary permit is for a particular function, but not for a festival as defined in Chapter 316, RSMo.
This act will allow the sale of Missouri produced wine in
the original package by caterers.
